About Us
Our company has a complete set of specialized equipments for spiral bevel gear manufacturing and other auxiliary processing equipment. Such as grinding, drilling and milling equipments. The bevel gear tooth profile processing equipment is mainly the American Gleason milling machine, the Gleason grinding machine, and the 3 set of 5-axis machining centers (DMU340P,DMU210P, DMU160P) manufactured by DMG in Germany. Precision gears can be machined up to 3000mm in diameter. Gear shafts are of integral design with no limits on module. Precision level can meet the requirements of DIN5 and the tooth surface hardness is up to HRC58-62. Manufacturing single match of spiral bevel gears can be achieved through the use of our design and processing technology. In the meantime, our company is capable of manufacturing large straight bevel gears, spur gears, and herringbone gears with no undercuts.

By fostering our own technical team as well as cooperating with research institutions in the development of arc bevel gears, we have obtained six practical new patents. Our company's "arc bevel gear and gear shaft for 3000kw-above vertical mill reducer" project earns the Chongqing "Key New Product" certificate of honor and the support of the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund. Our company's double-sided transfer twist and high precision spiral bevel gears have been successfully applied to the ship lift of the Three Gorges Dam water control project to have replaced the imported products.
